How to Book.
To book an AYAW? Open Class please click here to select the class you would like to attend. From there you will have the option to select the date or dates you require. You will then be sent through to the customer account page to set up your details and make your payment. Please bring your proof of purchase to each class.
How to Cancel.
To cancel a class you have previously booked please log into your account here
Once signed in – Click orders on the left-hand menu
There will be a list of classes you have booked, under the heading ‘actions’ there is the option to view or cancel your class. Once you have cancelled, the payment gateway will send you your refund or cancellation charge email. This will then make your place available for someone on the waiting list.
PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLASS WILL INCUR A 100% FEE, REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATION REQUESTS BEFORE THAT TIME.
Once you have entered your details for the waiting list you are in a queue. If someone cancels a class an email will be sent to each person on the waiting list every 30 minutes. If the first person doesn’t book within that time it will be offered to the next person, and so on. If you receive an offer of a cancellation you will have a maximum of 30 minutes to purchase before it forwards on.
